This system has unmatched durability, greater crack resistance, with higher levels of insulation. This system allows for applications of many exterior finishes such as thin brick, aggregate, and applied finishes while achieving superior water proofing.
- Our interior wall systems are all built to last. Our walls are built using exclusively 18-gauge studs for a ridged long-lasting structure. The interior wall system starts with an extra layer of structural board under the 18ga steel wall to raise the system above floor level. This creates an added layer of protection against water intrusion and prevents degradation of the wall system in the event of water intrusion. The system is then covered with a combination of wallboard and finish materials to suit our client’s needs.
- Our mechanical systems are simplified by integrating crawlspace ventilation and building HVAC systems. This also allows for better dehumidification and climate control of the underfloor areas.
