Russo Modular Taking QSR Construction To New Heights
A new patented frame design gives Russo Modular the edge in QSR usable space.
According to owner Rustin Russo, this one advantage is all the reason needed to build your QSR’s with their modular team.
More usable space, if you know design and construction, it’s the battle fought daily. With Russo’s new design, utilities can drop directly down exterior walls into the foundation crawl space area. This allows for more usable interior space, eases cleaning over the traditional “dog house” debris trap, and floor penetrations are reduced as well preventing possible water intrusion of the crawl space.
At a time when commercial developers and franchisees are looking for smaller real estate foot prints in new markets with less site impact – it’s a win win.
“The main advantage is that there is no intrusion of plumbing and utilities into the interior floor space, allowing for more usable space.”
There are many elements that go into a successful modular build. Over the past year Russo Modular has been making improvements in other areas for their QSR drive-thru modular clients like smarter water proofing systems, and continuous insulation techniques. Russo says, “Modular building is a multi-team effort, and we are excited to be apart of an industry that’s driving manufacturing to greater heights.”
Recent work with innovative partner Checkers & Rally’s (known for double drive-thrus, and new AI ordering), included their state-of-the-art Fit Kitchen. This next level re-design creates a more efficient work space, and improved equipment areas while boosting quality and consistency for the customer.
Russo Modular is a committed partner to a diverse group of forward thinking commercial developers, franchisees, and entrepreneurs. From local drive-thru coffee shops to fast food restaurants, each business has a unique set of hurdles to overcome and we are ready for the challenge.
Russo Modular has developed a systematic approach to building commercial modular steel buildings, currently licensed and permitted to manufacture quick service restaurants in Arizona, California, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Georgia, New Mexico, and Tennessee. With over 20 years experience in QSR’s, Russo Modular is radically improving the quality of builds and speed to market for our clients and world-class brands.
